Presentation skills and public speaking are essential to securing new business, partnerships and enhancing trust with counterparts inside and outside organisations. Throughout his career Dean Docherty has successfully pitched and presented to large senior-level audiences which has been paramount to his success as a Sales Director.

This workshop will enable you to speak with the confidence, impact and clarity to small or indeed large audiences.

From a business perspective this training will build the capacity of individuals to learn and implement effective presentation strategies, build confidence in public speaking and engage audiences with persuasive content.

– Perfecting your elevator pitch

Session 02
– Studying the mindset and using it to your advantage
– Body language secrets
– Practicing spontaneously presenting (Optional 2 minute presentation)
– Preparing script writing
– How to design a presentation that is effective & efficient
– The model for creating a speech
– Studying tonality and where and when to use it

Session 03
– 3 to 5 minute timed presentation (optional)
– Engaging the audience
– How to make your content humorous but natural
– Observing how we can utilize storytelling
– Using Persuasive Tone – through selling

|| The Facilitator – Dean Docherty ||

Dean Docherty has over 12 years of experience holding positions such as Group Head of UK Sales & International Sales Director working within large global companies including MTV, Sky & Virgin Media to name a few.

Dean has been responsible for securing new business from a huge number of large multinational corporate clients such as Amazon, Unilever & Apple securing multi million pound deals.

His remit has consistently been to drive new business, secure new deals, develop business strategy and establish new partnerships whilst increasing the overall profitability of the companies that he has worked for.
